Located at our headquarters in central Gothenburg, reporting to the Customer Support Manager of Region EMEA.
About the role
As Customer Solution Specialist at Mentice you will be the first point of contact, supporting both our customers and other internal stakeholders, to help our stakeholders to fully utilize the Mentice solutions to their full potential.
You will collaborate with the Sales department to understand the customer’s needs, address their support issues and work proactively to find the best suitable solutions for our products in a positive problem-solving manner. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact by helping improve clinical performance and patient outcomes.

The role requires a lot of face-to-face interactions with clients and therefore travels will be necessary to be successful in this role. The Customer Solution Specialist is located at our headquarters in central Gothenburg.
Are you the one?
To be successful in this role, you have a Bachelor of Science or similar educational background within the biomedical, medical, computer science or engineering field and/or a minimum of 4 years’ experience from customer service, computer support or similar, ideally related to healthcare/MedTech within radiology or cathlab. Medical Experience is a bonus and knowledge of the interventional field is a big advantage.
Further we see that you can communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, and easily adapt to different situations. You see solutions rather than problems and have a service minded attitude. You can quickly adapt to new priorities depending on the stakeholders need.
