More than 20 years ago, we started with a simple mission, and now our solutions help doctors acquire, retain, and enhance their endovascular therapy skills helping them improve patient outcomes worldwide. We have regional offices in the US, Europe, Brazil, India, China, and Japan while our headquarters office is in Gothenburg, Sweden.


About the role

We are seeking to add Field Sales Representatives to empower US hospitals to reach their full potential through Mentice solutions by improving patient outcomes and meeting business objectives.

In this role, you will have significant interaction with clinical interventional specialists and work collaboratively with Mentice colleagues to ensure that customer targeting, messaging, and return on investment are all well-executed and meet business objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a growing global company and gain exposure to a variety of Sales and Business Development functions. The position is full-time employment reporting to Regional VP and General Manager Americas.
Location: Greater Chicago, Illinois.


More specifically about  the role (but not limited to):

  • Have an innate talent for sales excellence.
  • Be relentless in pursuing leads and get things done.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and deliver accurate revenue forecasts through a go-get attitude with a professional approach.
  • Continually develop industry knowledge and grow professionally. Act as an ambassador and spokesperson for Mentice.
  • Develop a network of strong relationships with key healthcare influencers, clients and partners. Develop and maintain a level of understanding of business trends affecting or influencing healthcare.
  • Bring the voice of the customer to Marketing, Technology and Product colleagues and encourage open communication between clients and the account team.
  • Timely follow-up on all leads received and continue to push on leads until they are "qualified in" or "qualified out".
  • Keep Salesforce and internal systems up to date.
  • Develops and executes lead generation and follow-up strategies for each assigned account

Who do we think you are?

  • Dynamic, self-starter with a creative mindset
  • Able to dissect, penetrate complex accounts as well as present high-level solutions
  • Want and able to think and work cross-functionally
  • Ability to travel
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience selling technology solutions to hospitals, a plus if you have experience selling in the hospital interventional suite
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Stellar presentation skills
  • Interest in transforming the future of clinical outcomes
