This is a fulltime, individual contributor role reporting to the General Manager of Americas located in our Americas headquarters in Chicago, IL.
Being part of the Mentice sales organization, you will be able to leverage Mentice’s unique intellectual property, technology innovation, and solutions-based approach to help device companies improve training, drive device adoption, enhance productivity and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
The Sales Director interacts with medical device industry senior leaders managing the sales cycle and closing deals as an individual contributor. With our solutions, you will have the opportunity to help your customers drive endovascular procedure proficiency and volume for their new and existing endovascular therapies.
In your role, you will be assuming sales leadership on several medical device company accounts and working closely with Mentice colleagues to scope custom simulation projects for new and existing endovascular devices. Clinical knowledge is not as critical as the ability to communicate the value of simulation in device training.
You have a Bachelor or higher degree, and 5+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated success in selling solutions, developing value propositions, hunting for opportunities, and driving deals to closure. To be successful in this role you are an energetic and independent self-starter with a can-do mindset that can deal with ambiguity. In this position, you need to be fluent in English (both written and verbal) and a smart negotiator. Selling to medical device manufacturers or hospital systems is considered an advantage.

This individual contributor role is preferably located at our Mentice office in Chicago or remote for the right individual.
