We have regional offices in the US, Europe, Brazil, India, China, and Japan while our headquarters office is in Gothenburg, Sweden.


About the role

We are seeking to add a Sales Operations Coordinator to help the Americas sales organization to scale. In this role, you will support the field sales team and function as the conduit between Sales and the internal Mentice organization. The role works across the Mentice organization to amplify the voice of the customer, clarify internal communication and help Sales reps close deals, meet contractual commitments, and manage customer needs.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a growing global company and gain exposure to a variety of Sales and Business development functions. The position is full-time employment reporting to Regional VP and General Manager Americas. Location, Greater Chicago, Illinois.

More specifically about the role (but not limited to):

  • Perform Sales support assignments.
  • Create quotes for Sales reps
  • Collaborate with finance for order entry
  • Participate in production planning and forecasting
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to meet customer commitments
  • Communicate project status to Sales reps
  • Coordinate customer meetings
  • Manage and monitors contractual commitments
  • Monitor and communicate project performance
  • Produce timely status reports
  • Prepare customer communication per sales direction
  • Use basic problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
