How to create your own Virtual anatomies using Case-IT or Cardiac Sculptor

Case IT - Aorta, Thoracic, Carotids, Cerebral vessels

STEP 1

Segment DICOM data

Use existing workstations on dedicated in-house resources for segmentation, ensure the quality is of a high standard.

STEP 2

Export segmentation as a .STL file

After segmentation export into a 3D file (.STL)

STEP 3

Import into Case-IT

Open the Case-IT application and select the required complementing anatomical template.

STEP 4

Connect the template to the imported anatomy

Connect the defined points in 4-8 simple clicks, export into VIST and begin your virtual patient case.
