Mentice Coronary PRO enhances hands-on training of technical skills for both the novice and more experienced interventional cardiologists. The training software actively reproduces the challenges faced in complex coronary interventions – from deciding on the
intervention strategy to managing complications based on patient specific data and treatment options.

All cases have the choice of either femoral or transradial access. The software can be used for training novices aiming to build general familiarity with angiography and basic wire and catheter skills, for intermediate students who want to focus on perfecting their interventional skills, and for advanced students who wish to extend on their knowledge and engage in more complex case scenarios where complications may occur in a safe environment.

In the complex scenario cases, trainees will decide on treatment options and manage a range of challenging situations and complications, including dislodging clots, no reflow, spasms, perforations and dissections, as they progress in the intervention.

Key Training

  • Complete case library from angiography to complex coronary scenarios
  • Ideal platform for both trainees and experienced proctors
  • Learn safe device manipulation and complication management
  • Prepares cath lab teams for challenging situations without risk to patients
